PERFORMANCE IN IMPROVISED EXPLOSIVE DEVICE (IED) INCIDENTS

REVA Armored Personnel Carriers have performed with exceptional results in incidents involving Improvised Explosive Devices (IED), Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EODs) and Vehicle Bourne Improvised Explosive Devices (VB IEDs). In 20 incidents, there were no fatalities and 16 vehicles drove away from the contact area. The other 4 vehicles were repaired and in operation within 10 days.
